Mrs. Parks is a 2007 graduate of West Shamokin High School. Following high school, she attended Clarion University of Pennsylvania and graduated in May 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and English Education. After graduation, she taught British and World Literature for Agora Cyber Charter School (2012) and Spanish for Union School District (2012-2017).
