College Credit Opportunities

West Shamokin has partnered with Mt. Aloysius College and Westmoreland County Community College to provide students the opportunity to earn college credit while taking courses already taught at WSHS by approved district faculty. Registration for college credit is optional and will take place at the start of each school year (typically within the first two weeks of the school year). Cost per credit is determined by the post-secondary institution, and will be paid directly to the institution upon registration.

 

*Note – Students are fully responsible for managing transfer of college credits to any other college/university of choice.
